Some of our famous scientists, physicists, mathematicians, business managers, elected officials, know the value of arts. It endowed their professions with the disciplines and challenges necessary to claim achievement in their lives.

Carol will be temporarily sidelined for awhile while recovering from a knee replacement. Nothing will deter her for very long as she will return to the campaign trail.

George Burns always claimed he was booked so he was absolutely required to stick around and fulfill his contracts through the age of 100.

Yes, Carol has the important mission to fulfill for six and one-half million young people in our public schools of California.

Currently, all the progress is continuing and soon the planning will be released to the residents of California.

The major ingredient of the plan is you - you - and you. All of us together are going to make it happen.

The priority of the plan is to restore all the arts in our public schools for the proven research that the arts make better students -- better school grades, and better school attendance.

Our present drop out rate is approximately 30%. We are losing students at the rate of 2 million per education cycle every 15 to 20 years.

It is doable, its right, its been researched to pieces, its an opportunity to join an effort that is experienced and anxious to get started.

In the next several months a combination of factors are to be included into a general plan that creates a state wide campaign for the return of teaching all the arts in the curriculum of all public schools in California.

• Carol will be touring the state with a "POPs" orchestra
• Continuing with establishing scholarships
• Lecturing and teaching
• Embarking on a statewide public relations campaign bringing attention to the need of arts in every single public school in California

AND

• The real possibility of a grant that can assist areas of California that can least afford a musical instrument a real chance at constructive creativity.
